3D-Tool Premium
3D-Tool is a viewer for 3D and 2D CAD files; importing many common 3D and 2D CAD File Formats. 3D-Tool gives you the ability to visualize, analyze, and mark-up, and collaborate your CAD projects. The CAD-Viewer and Converter from 3D-Tool has useful tools to analyze 3D models without CAD knowledge. At the push of a button, 3D-Tool provides the dimensions, the surface area and the volume for all parts of a model. Distances, angles and radii can be measured with simple mouse clicks.

We intensively tested the Premium interfaces under Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 and have not found any noticeable problems. But the interface supplier does not offer support for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, so we cannot officially release 3D-Tool Premium for these operating systems.
Software Requirements to use the Premium Import
The following software will be installed, if necessary, together with 3D-Tool, as it is required to use the Premium Import:

64bit Support
3D-Tool is a 32bit and 64bit software. The 64bit version of the program is supported by Windows 7 x64, Windows 8 x64 and Windows 10 x64. The 3D-Tool Premium interfaces and the 3D-NativeCAD Converter are only available in the 64bit version.
Hardware Requirements
We recommend a Desktop-PC, Laptop, or Tablet-PC with a standard processor, 4GB of RAM or more, and a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or more. For bigger and more complex CAD models, we recommend a graphics card which supports OpenGL 3.3 or higher. The speed of opening and converting CAD files using the 3D-Tool Advanced and Premium interfaces depends on the processor speed and the amount of RAM available. With increasing size CAD models require more computing power and main memory. For big and complex CAD models, we recommend a fast modern processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
